Is there anybody out there?

I suddenly got a feeling that I should return to this place. I don't know how I managed to remember my password still. But I guess you never forget important things.

Currently I'm suffering a sudden bout of insomnia. The primary reasons, for what I gather, are 1) the couple living upstairs are fighting just now, and 2) the fact that I suddenly needed to know what is the Euro/British Pound exchange rate.

I recently moved to a new apartment. After I while I noticed that my lovely upstairs neighbors have this thing about discussing very loudly about their troubles. It is so loud that I now and then pick up some words and sentences (WHORE! or WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY YOU LOVE ME?! or I'M NAKED!).

On the other hand this is quite entertaining and a good reminder on why I enjoy being single. On the other hand, the folks upstairs seem to time their discussion in the exact nights when I would like to get some sleep.

The Essence of the 90's

I've been pondering about the essence of the 90's for a while now. What is the phenomena that defines the 90's?

Currently I'd say that for me it's 90's European dance music. And flannel shirts.

Both of them at the same time.

This recent obsession is quite likely due to my last attempt to hang on to my long lost youth.

If I Were a Superhero...

... my superpower would be talking extremely stupid bullshit.

Or actually I have that power already. So does it make me a superhero then?

Gnome Like U

Whenever I hear the song "Femme Like U" by K-Maro, I always mishear the part "homme like you" as "gnome like you".
